02How it works
The bag-clamp spout does two jobs at once
The spout doesn't just direct product into the bag — the clamp seals around the bag's neck during filling, which both controls dust escaping around the fill point and holds the bag securely in position through the fill, so an operator isn't fighting to hold a filling bag steady by hand.
A weighing platform under the bag, not a timed dose
The bag sits on a load-cell weighing platform through the fill, and dosing continues until that platform reads the target weight — a materially more accurate approach than timing a fill based on an assumed flow rate, since product flow rate through a spout isn't perfectly constant, especially as the bag fills and back-pressure changes.

03Manufacturing & build quality
The weighing platform is built around load cells sized to the 25–50kg bag range, integrated into a stand or frame positioned directly under the filling spout.
