01Overview

02How it works

The support frame carries the bag through the fill

An FIBC (flexible intermediate bulk container, commonly called a jumbo or bulk bag) has no rigid structure of its own — it's fabric, and needs external support to stay upright and properly shaped while it fills with 500kg to 2 tonnes of material. The bag support frame holds the empty bag's lifting loops open and upright, and as it fills, the frame keeps the bag correctly positioned under the filling spout rather than sagging or shifting off-center.

Weighing the bag as it fills, not after

The support frame itself sits on, or is integrated with, a load-cell weighing system, so the bag's weight is tracked continuously through the fill and the system doses to the target weight the same fill-to-weight way a drum or bag filler does — rather than filling a fixed volume or time and checking the weight afterward.

03Manufacturing & build quality

The bag support frame is fabricated as a rigid steel structure sized to the FIBC bag range it will handle (500kg–2 tonne), engineered to hold the bag's lifting loops securely while integrating load cells into the frame's support structure so bag weight is tracked throughout the fill. The dust-controlled filling head and spout assembly is built with containment features designed to capture dust at the point material enters the bag, and is mechanically tested for consistent, controlled material flow before being paired with the weighing frame. The complete system — frame, load cells, spout, and dust control — is functionally tested through fill cycles with reference loads and calibrated before dispatch.
